Exporting/ importing projects

You can export projects from your cms e. g. to create a backup or to archive projects that are no longer required and you can import projects in order to use them again after archiving or to copy or “move” them from another account. You can additionally use the function to delete projects that are not or no longer required in your account after export.

1. Log into the CMS account and open the project that you want to export and click in the menu bar > project > exporting / importing project.

2. Click on “export project” to automatically download the project as a .zip file.

3. (optional) Log into the cms account to which you want to “move” a project and click in the menu bar > project > exporting / importing project. Click on “+ Import project” to upload a project previously downloaded as a .zip file.

(!) Only projects can be imported that were previously downloaded using the export function in the same cms account (if a backup was created or projects were archived) or in a different cms account (if a project is to be moved). The respective .zip file should not be opened after the download or before the upload and is protected.
