Downloading messages

All published messages can be downloaded manually at any time.

1. Select the automatic download function in the “message box” window. The messages can be downloaded and saved with or without participant registration details and with or without emoji selection. 

The download takes place in the form of an excel list.
Alternatively, you can download the messages manually using the “download – messages” button.

The chat window is cleared with the “delete – messages” button.
 

(!)The “message box” window for entering messages has a scroll function for longer messages and can e. g. be created as a narrow window below the chat window similar to other chats.
