Live vs. multibitrate in the main video

For all bookings, we automatically offer the call of a transcoded, multibitrate stream. Live transcoding / adaptive, multi-bit rate streaming as well as multiple, automated conversion of a live audio / video stream is possible in three different streams, each with optimized encoding parameters.
When the video stream is delivered, the IMS player checks the internet connection available to the viewer as well as the window size and, depending on this, delivers the optimal video size and quality.

1. Call up the current multi-bit rate url for this function in the player module.

If your service is switched to a “free test and demo account” (up to 10 participants) after the booked service period has expired, the multibitrate / transcoding functionality will also be deactivated. In this case you can call up the live URL in the player for test purposes.
As soon as a transcoded stream is called up in the player, an “Auto” icon appears with the selection of the profiles.
