Private chat in the MessageBox – viewers

Each participant can react to messages sent via the message box window that are visible in the message box – viewer window and send a private message back to the author of a certain message.

1. Open the website on which your project is integrated and click on the name of the participant whose message you would like to reply to.

2. Enter your message and click the > send button or the > enter key.

(!) This function is also intended as an admin function. If a participant asks an individual question, the admin can answer only him.
